Bwogline: Rudy Giuliani has declared bankruptcy after a New York federal judge ordered him to pay $148 million in damages to two former Georgia election workers. The damages resulted from Giuliani accusing the workers of attempting to steal the 2020 election from Donald Trump. According to the bankruptcy filing, Giuliani has substantial debts in legal fees and unresolved state and federal income taxes. (NYT)
