  • Presented by the Saltzman Institute of War and Peace Studies, this event features Timothy Naftali, Senior Research Scholar at SIPA, Elizabeth Saunders, Director of the Saltzman Institute, and Matthew Waxman, Professor of Law at Columbia Law School. Panelists will discuss the foreign policy and national security events of the past year, reflecting on changes in US behavior and the effects it has had on alliances and stability in the international sphere.
