Bwog Recommendation:

Broadway Hall has great proximity to campus, generally clean spaces, and the best elevators you could hope for. With a plethora of singles, this is a great option for rising juniors and seniors who prefer a quieter space to come home to. Downsides include a quieter social scene than other buildings and communal bathrooms (which are not cleaned during the weekend), but depending on who you end up sharing a floor with and your socialization preferences, these might not end up being huge issues. Broadway Hall was also recently renovated in 2023 (including the bathrooms), so most amenities and facilities are modern and less prone to falling apart.
