What did Bwoggers do this summer?

Bwog Traveled

  • went to Acadia National Park with my mom!
  • visited family on Cape Cod
  • post study abroad euro summer !!!
  • visiting sister in LA + disneyland
  • went to prague on a whim
  • backpacked in New Hampshire
  • beach beach beach

Bwog Spent Time With Friends And Fam

  • visited extended family and got aggressively bossed around by my 5-year-old cousin
  • took my dog on many walks and hikes
  • dragged my dad to a Castle in the Sky showing for Ghiblifest
  • reluctantly explained Nolan’s Odyssey to numerous family members, all of whom had already seen it
  • took my dog on a Petco trip for her birthday
  • sent my little brother off to college
  • played dungeons and dragons since my younger brother is super into it
  • did circle dancing with old Chinese people, the type where you hold hands and shuffle around in a circle to techno-traditional music
  • celebrated with my bsf for her 21st birthday at Epic Universe
  • gave a high school friend a Columbia tour

Bwog Grinded

  • spent a lot of time in excel
  • did psychiatry research and spiraled about my career
  • successfully interviewed in August for a summer job I applied for in March… turns out it’s a year round position
  • nyc summer job 😵‍💫
  • made codependent friendships with the other interns
  • started stressing about the school year
  • woke up at 5:45 am every day
  • senior thesis research…

Bwog Tried To Fill Free Time…

  • made and almost completed a bucket list
  • watched a lot of footy
  • crafted!
  • learned how to crochet and started making a penguin
  • had so much free time and read an absurd number of books
  • read every Jane Austen novel
  • baked many cookies with a range of success!
  • ate fro-yo about 3x a week
  • learned lots of fun new recipes
  • wisdom teeth removal #success
  • went on a looottttt of beach walks
  • suffered from post-abroad depression
  • became an AMC A-lister!!
  • went home to Maryland and attended my local county fair

  • can’t stop won’t stop nsop

What a summer. Bwog is so happy to be back.
