Overseen: Blatant Cheating

Yesterday, a tipster spotted this flyer for some pretty blatant cheating on Hamilton 6. It’s worth noting, though, that this guy has a “Masters of English,” so you know he’s probably  an expert. Oh, but be aware that he does “NOT guarantee grades.” Seems legit.
