Not the actual Boathouse Marsh. This is another one. It's charming though.

A City Council committee has voted in favor of Columbia’s latest construction project, which sparked quite a kerfuffle over spring break. DNAinfo reports that the Council proper will make a final decision tomorrow, meaning the long wait to find out whether or not we’re going to get a Boathouse Marsh will be over. According to the article:

City Councilman Robert Jackson, who represents the neighborhood, will continue to work with Columbia to “finalize the terms of a community partnership agreement” that would provide additional amenities for residents, said Jackson’s Chief of Staff Susan Russell.

Keep an eye out for the result tomorrow!
