@and yet you never managed to learn that it’s Bwog, not BWOG.
@was directed at Anonymous two comments up
@Anonymous Maybe they meant to emphasize Bwog by putting it in all caps? Like, “I know THIS, but I don’t know that.” Um, probably not. But.
@if bwog really gives a fuck about being called “Bwog” and not “BWOG” why dont they just change the fucking font.
@Anonymous Shut up, troll.
@Joy Congrats all around! I’m so proud of Sarah, Sammy and Finn.
@Anonymous While I know like half the people on BWOG, I seriously know like no one on Spec. OK to round Spec to sucky?
@Anonymous I have a crush on Abigail Fisch, so I’ll refrain from making a crass Head Copy Editor joke.
@carman 7 friend go cathi!
@OPINION FOR THE WINION
@Anonymous MARGARET ALDEN WAS WEARING ARMY PANTS AND FLIP FLOPS SO I WORE ARMY PANTS AND FLIP FLOPS
@Anonymous And Bwog cares because….
(they secretly want to write for the Spec and be one step closer to the New York Literati, or rather, the guys that feed on the table scraps of the guys that feed on the New York Literati’s table scraps.)
@seriously the Bwog and spec staff seem to have a pretty harmonious relationship. it’s the commenters who try and create a rivalry.
@very harmonious i heard that their editors are dating lol
@Anonymous I think you’ve reversed the situation. Bwoggers are generally more literate and reflective than the consulting, i-banking whores that call themselves Speccies.
@They're different but I wouldn’t say one is better than the other. How many bwoggers write for the Times? How many speccies write for magazines like the New Yorker? They just specialize in different kinds of journalism.
@Ex-Bwogger at the Times Anna Phillips, check it.
@ex-speccies working at The New Yorker Four + two interns that I know of.
@Anonymous print journalism is right. where the heck is the online editor? have you people learned nottttthingggggggggg?
@Anonymous It’s Jake, they just changed the name.
@Anonymous thank god. but that title is terrible. i foresee a lot of IT requests in this poor guy’s future.
@so much love for sarah darville. finally someone who gets how to run a newspaper without pissing everyone off
@Word up! Sarah Darville will bring Spec back to where it needs to be
@Anonymous Congrats, Sarah!!
