Happening in the world: The European Union has adopted new guidelines for future negotiations with Britain post-Brexit. In case anyone’s forgotten, the UK now has just one year until March 2019, the date when it is expected to fully leave the EU. (BBC)

Happening in the US: Yesterday saw the huge March for Our Lives movement take over streets across America and elsewhere. The massive marches were spearheaded by students from Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, FL, the site of a shooting last month that killed 17. (New York Times)

Happening in NYC: Mayor Bill de Blasio might end up becoming a witness in the latest trial of Harendra Singh, a Long Island businessman who has cooperated with police in several corruption investigations– including one where he alleged giving Mayor de Blasio bribes. (New York Times)

Happening on campus: The NYC Feminist Zinefest is happening on Barnard’s campus today! Look out for a post with further details later this morning.

Overheard: Four people scream-singing “Bohemian Rhapsody” on Broadway late last night. We’ve all been there.
