@in other news... you bragged all summer about how you were going to get the scoop on who the concert performer was… didn’t happen, huh? oops. might want to take the little announcement about how awesome you are because you’re going to get the scoop off the homepage.

@DHI Dude watching Seinfeld doesn’t inform you of the location of Tom’s.
In general, isn’t this post just hyper-New-York-osity (New-York-osity is assuming local knowledge should be common knowledge) applied to an even more specific part of New York?

@would have been funny if went like this.
“Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? … who’s Tom?”
@DHI “Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? How’s Tom’s?”
“Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? Why Tom’s?”
“Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? When Tom’s?”
“Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? What’s Tom’s?”
All are things that could be said, the “when” example being the only slight stretch
But in elementary school when we had to bring in current events we had to answer Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How Does it Affect You.
And
“Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? How does it affect you, Tom’s?”
could conceivably be said also.
@DHI “Okay so we’re meeting at Tom’s? When Tom’s?” might be better for when.
@MapQuest Tom’s? 3rd floor Schapiro, baby.
@thumbs down wow, totally not funny at all.
@*sigh* Class of 2010- Staying north of 114th Street since 2006…
