@Parties We need more parties. I remember when it was Columbia 250 and there were tents on the lawns and parties parties parties. We need to be able to have fun parties on campus (not at frats or bars) like other schools do.
Whatever party promises to bring binge drinking to South Lawn has my vote.
@amen i feel like i joined the women’s temperance union these past few semesters at columbia. apparently freshman actually get in trouble for drinking now? since when did that happen. i remember my first night at columbia, i staggered back from am cafe and along the way met one of the ras from carman. we chatted up a storm us two, both drunk, both innocent.
@yeah! i mean having a future is nice and all but we do need a lot more fun activites on campus

What has CCSC done this year anyway? Seriously, what’s the last few major things they’ve accomplished? Glass House? Baker Alcohol? Most of the reforms they’ve accomplished have been largely service rep issues. Student Services, Academic Affairs, etc.

@way too much coverage of this stuff. not that it shouldn’t be covered, but that there should be other stuff on the bwog too.
@mlp Then how about emailing Bwog with what you think they should be covering instead of just complaining?
@This stuff is important. Those of us in SGB groups know that the student government is not irrelevant. Hats off to Bwog for keeping us updated.
