We have been informed that the visitation and funeral services for Jessica Fingers, who passed away in EC on Sunday morning, will be taking place tonight and tomorrow. The visitation is today from 4-8 pm at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home in Monticello, NY. The funeral will be held tomorrow at noon, at the same place.

Jessica Fingers was born on November 30, 1991 to Athena Fingers and Manfred Brauch in Bad Krueznack, Germany. She was adored by her loving aunt, Venus Williams and spent most of her childhood with her cousins: Montrell Williams, Tyrell Fingers and Tyriek Whidbee. Jessica was blessed with a wonderful Step-father, Robert Bellamy and soon had a little sister, Jaclyn Bellamy. Jessica also has five step-brothers and sisters: Brendan Bellamy, Erin and Claude Boothe, Colleen Magie, Evan Bellamy and Caitlin Bellamy. Jessica leaves behind several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Her grandparents will miss her dearly; Louise Fingers of Monticello, Werner and Reneta Brauch, of Bad Krueznaach, Germany.
Jessica graduated from Monticello High School in 2009. She received a full ride scholarship to the prestigious Columbia University. While in High School Jessica led the Girls Cross-Country and Track and Field team to numerous championships. She currently holds several records at Monticello High in Track and Field. She also was a Tri-County 1500 meter champion. She aspired to receive her degree in Sociology at Columbia. She was currently in her Junior year at Columbia University. Viewing will be held on Friday, April 5, 2013 from 4:00P.M. till 8:00P.M., at the VanInwegen-Kenny Funeral Home, 401 Broadway in Monticello. Funeral Services will be held at the funeral home Saturday, April 6 from 12:00P.M. till 2:00P.M. A reception will follow at the Ted Stroeble Community Center in Monticello. Any donations would be appreciated to the Fingers-Bellamy family.
