The strange black piece of modern art in front of Uris is in the process of being taken apart to be refurbished off-campus.
The Curl, which you may know as ‘that sculpture everyone says looks like the dollar sign from above,’ will be taken off campus for an unspecified amount of time in an effort to address rust related issues, the “Bottom Line” B-School blog reports. The post also included an email from distinguished professor and B-School dean Glenn Hubbard, who expects the Curl to be back on campus in mid-October, just in time to serve as inspiration for your Art History midterm.

At present, efforts by Columbia Capitalism Divestment (CCD) have yielded only a series of USenate open houses in the Spring Semester.

@hmmm A student wonders to him/herself: If the school has decided to forswear capitalism, how come I’m getting billed $25+ grand per semester?
