The NYPD has located the individual connected to the murder of Tess Majors (BC ’23) that occurred earlier this month.

After weeks of searching, the NYPD has located the teenager connected to the murder of Tess Majors. This update on the case comes after the NYPD made the unusual action in releasing the pictures of the suspect even though he is a minor. Another allegedly involved individual, a thirteen-year-old, was arrested two weeks ago.

NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison confirmed that the teenager has been located via Twitter this morning. It is not specified whether the individual is in custody or where he was located. Bwog reached out this morning and the NYPD refused to comment further as “this remains an active an[d] ongoing investigation.”

Update 3:25 PM: According to a recent tweet from NYPD Chief of Detectives Rodney Harrison, the teenager was released from police custody and is in his attorneys’ custody. The investigation is still active.
