Unlike antibody tests, the accuracy of Bwoglines has definitely never come into question.

Happening in the World: Air pollution in Northern India is at its lowest out of the last twenty years, and particle pollution has also decreased in the area. Since India went into strict lockdown on March 25th, all construction activities, public transport and industry have been temporarily brought to a stop. (CNN)

Happening in the US: The one million N95 masks the Miami-Dade fire department ordered to protect their firefighters will no longer be arriving, as they have instead been taken by the federal government. Under powers given by the Defense Protection Act, these masks will be reallocated based on “national priorities,” but the fire department insists they need these masks to meet CDC safety guidelines. (CBS4)

Happening in NYC: As Mayor Cuomo announced on Thursday, roughly 21% of the 1,300 New Yorkers tested this week for coronavirus antibodies tested positive. Although the accuracy of antibody tests has come into question (since they test for immunity and not for actually having the virus), this discovery has led officials to believe that around 1.7 million New Yorkers have already been infected with the virus, bringing the estimated mortality rate to 0.5% in NY.
