My friend said it looks like cement… but tastes great!
If you love the chia seed pudding from John Jay or Hewitt, here is how to make some for yourself! It is pretty simple and full of fiber and protein.
Ingredients:
- Chia seeds
- Liquid of your choice (I use oat milk)
- Peanut butter (foraged from Ferris)
- Sweetener (I used brown sugar I also foraged from the dining hall)
- Protein powder (optional, but you can fr put anything in this)
Instructions:
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Add in your liquid. The amount depends on how thick you like it, but I find around 1:4 chia seeds to liquid is usually perfect. You should put a bit more if you add protein powder, as mine was WAYYY TOO THICK.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Wake up and enjoy your spoonfuls of slop!!
