When the cat’s away…

An insider at ResLife just sent Bwog a very helpful tip provided on the condition of anonymity—”I don’t want to lose my bulletin board decorating privileges,” explained the source.

”RA Winter Recharge training starts at 5 PM today [Wednesday]. From now through Sunday, ALL RAs, CPAs, and, this is key, RESLIFE STAFF, will be in horrible soul destroying training seminars from 8 AM until 9 PM. No breaks. Nobody will be policing the dorms. Nobody. Go nuts.”

  • cooganPosted from campus

but is there really any security around these days?

  • Stupid Bwog

The RAs haven’t been on duty all break long. And when they officially go back on duty Friday, there WILL be someone policing the dorms after 9:00PM, which is when you’re likely to be wanting to party anyway. And after spending all day in training, the RA is very likely to be pissed at you for throwing a party/smoking pot/making a fool of yourself that he or she is going to have to write up in an incident report.

    shitty tip

    • ActuallyPosted from campus

I’ve been looking for the perfect time to smuggle in the equipment for the meth lab I’m building in my closet. My clients thank you, anonymous bulletin-board-decorator.

  • Ackbar

    It’s a trap!

    • Two of Five

WE ARE THE BORG. LOWER YOUR SHIELDS AND SURRENDER YOUR SHIPS. WE WILL ADD YOUR TECHNOLOGICAL AND BIOLOGICAL DISTINCTIVENESS TO OUR OWN. YOUR CULTURE WILL ADAPT TO SERVICE US. YOU WILL BE ASSIMILATED. RESISTANCE IS FUTILE.

      • Ackbar

Man fuck ya’ll borg ass borgs, I’m just warning them folks of the trap they’re walking into because that ra told them kids to party when in reality they gonna get caught. I know traps because I look like a damned lobster or a squid or some shit.

  • how does this help me if i don’t like to drink during the middle of the day.

also, yea, the big secret is ras are off for the whole break. want to throw a bitching party? new years is the time.

  • you jaded geezers

Thank you very much, secret RA, for the nice tip. What a nice person you are. What a bunch of ungrateful poopers these commenters are.

  • tip...

Yo bwog, word on the street is that public safety will be patrolling dorms possibly in the first couple of weeks. This could be a serious escalation in the war on fun. There was some debate on whether they would go through on it but people should know it’s a possibility.

  • Someone...

…PLEASE invite this guy to campus:

  • in hell was that woman actually trying to get him to apologize like she was his own mother?

  • well

if you think about it, it gets dark by 5 PM… that’s the first grounds for a party.

    • dudePosted from campus

If it’s after 12 PM, it’s grounds for a party. Actually, if it’s the weekend, you can drink starting at breakfast. God I love brunch.

      • isn’t the typical brunch drink a mimosa? doesn’t seem like the typical “college drink.” or is it?

        • wellPosted from campus

replace champagne with vodka and you’ve got an extremely typical college drink. Besides, I drink gin with brunch.

  • Everyone KnowsPosted from campus

That it’s acceptable to drink whatever you like on Sundays the minute you wake up.

If you feel guilty, Christians can just down a whole goblet of red wine and call it going to church early that day.

  • let's not pretendPosted from campus

that we’re not all secretly dying to do the WASPy thing and drink mimosas, champagne and all. At Trader Joe’s wine shop, you can even buy decent champagne for ten bucks a pop. Seriously. Get some and that “Simply Juice” shit and go wild. In an upper-class refined sense.
