We might be stressed out, but the Daily Beast thinks we have a bit of fun, too–CU’s number 53 in their new “Happiest Colleges” slideshow. Confirming every suspicion you ever had about our friends across Broadway, Barnard clocks in at no. 36. (The Daily Beast)

@BAHAHAAHAH “I feel obligated to point out to Bwog that the Angels are simply the Los Angeles Angels. That’s how they’re known in LA. Thanks. No need to put the “of Anaheim” there.”
FAIL…typical Columbia kid thinks he knows more than he actually does
@Figures “has a higher happiness rating – #36”
In the US world and news report they rank a measly 30 in the liberal arts college category
But in other news, finally a survey/person that realizes that Columbia and Barnard are separate and should treated that way
@hey... june 15th’s my birthday!
@Barnard... has a higher happiness rating – #36

@Dodgers fan You’re an idiot. Bwog got it right. Their official name is “Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim”, and in LA they’re called the “Anaheim Angels.” OC people might call them the “LA Angels”, which is retarded considering most of them have never actually been to LA before. But authentic Angelinos know that there is only one true LA team.
@Ya it does matter “the 110th street electronic sign is working as of a couple days ago.”
Yeah bwog don’t be so sarcastic and get a clue
@True Story the 110th street electronic sign is working as of a couple days ago.
@i call bullshit on the happiness ratings.
there is no way Harvard is up that high.
and Cal, really? people are so competitive and cutthroat..
@Anonymous True that. Most of my friends at Harvard are pretty miserable.
@Californian All my friends who go to Cal have a ton of fun. Some are cut throat, but that’s the same everywhere
@anon the Angels have the most oxymoronic uniform ever. First of all, their primary color is RED, which is usually associated with Satan. Second of all, they were the Scarlet Letter on their caps. I wish they would switch to something a bit more celestial, like a white-gold combo or something.
@Anon PrezBo- lame. That was one of the best classes I took.
Barnard- maybe they’re happier because their administration (unlike Columbia’s) doesn’t openly and viscerally hate and abuse them on a routine basis. Just a thought. And yes, that’s even counting the meal plan fiasco.
