All your worst nightmares
Schools nationwide are under scrutiny for their handling of sexual violence and harassment “complaints.” Despite all the news we’ve been making, Columbia is not on the list because the investigation hasn’t actually started yet. (NY Daily News)

@re: the title ix link Columbia isn’t under investigation because OCR only just received the complaint a week or so ago. Once they review the entire complaint, they’ll determine if there are grounds for an investigation, and if so they’ll add CU to this list. Submitting a complaint doesn’t automatically put you on a list as being under investigation, though it seems likely that we’ll end up on that list in the near future.
