Butler Library, the center of all things cool and fun, is having a few comic book events centered around New York Comic-Con!

Check out these two upcoming events:

  • Wednesday, October 9th, at 6pm in 523 Butler
    • In celebration of Butler’s recent additions of Wendy and Richard Pini, the creators of ElfQuest are having a discussion of “the origins and innovations of this popular series.” And, there will be a signing!

  • Monday, October 14th, at 7pm in 523 Butler (popular place)
    • X-men writer Chris Claremont, director Patrick Meaney, and producer Mike Phillips are screening their documentary “Comic in Focus: Chris Claremont’s X-men.” And after, they’ll have a Q&A session. GO TALK TO COMIC BOOK ROYALTY.
