@re: the title ix link Columbia isn’t under investigation because OCR only just received the complaint a week or so ago. Once they review the entire complaint, they’ll determine if there are grounds for an investigation, and if so they’ll add CU to this list. Submitting a complaint doesn’t automatically put you on a list as being under investigation, though it seems likely that we’ll end up on that list in the near future.
