Leave the barren cave that is your dorm room and celebrate the end, or near-end, of midterms with Live at Lerner’s inaugural fall outdoor concert. The concert will feature The Heydaze—a New York-based band with pop sensibilities and a recently released debut EP—so check them out! Opening for them will be two student bands: Blue Holidæ (mellow jams) and Sunspeaker (self-described “buddhist cyberpunx straight outta yr dads worst acid trip”). You might not be sure what “buddhist cyberpunx” is/you have a Chemistry midterm the next day, but you have a burning desire to discover a band before it gets big, so come through to Low Plaza on Wednesday, from 7 to 9 pm to listen and be moved by the collective energy of live music and the rising hysteria of post-midterms madness.
Update: The date of the event has been changed to Friday, November 6, so make a note!
