Good morning, Columbia! Will this be the week? Has spring finally sprung? We sure hope so. One more day of cold cloudy rain and I’ll be ready to move to Cabo. But until then, check out today’s Bwoglines. 

Happening in the nation: Violent weather is taking over the south right now—tornadoes, flooding, you name it. We’re lucky to be in NYC right now.

Happening in NYC: Finally, some good news! Trader Joe’s is set to open two new stores in Manhattan this year! One will be down in SoHo on the corner of Spring and Sixth Ave, and the other will be on the Upper West Side (!) on 93rd and and Columbus.

Happening on campus: Today is the first day of Columbia College Days! Today from 7 to 9 pm in Roone Auditorium CCSC will be hosting a cake decorating competition! Stop by if you love judging other people’s surgery masterpieces.
