Bwoglines: Bwog Expelled Edition

On this edition of Bwoglines, Bwog is trying it’s best not to be expelled by the Columbia administration.

Happening in the World: The Chinese government has expelled three Wall Street Journal journalists after an opinion piece entitled “China is the real sick man of Asia” was published on February 3rd. (CNN)

Happening in the US: The US House of Representatives voted overwhelmingly to establish a national women’s history museum under the Smithsonian Institution in Washington, D.C. (CBS)

Happening in New York City: The MTA released new performance numbers showing that subway trains were on-time 83% of the time, the best on-time performance in 7 years. (NBC)

Happening on Campus: This Thursday from 4:00 – 5:30 PM, there will be a talk with Stephanie Schwartz, an assistant professor at USC, entitled, “Refugee Return: Understanding the Dynamics of Refugee Repatriation and Alternative Solutions.” More info can be found here.
