Congratulations to the 25 new Columbia College Junior Phi Beta Kappa inductees of Fall 2022!
Each year, Columbia College inducts 10% of its graduating class into Phi Beta Kappa, a student honor society dedicated to the pursuit of “friendship, morality, and literature.” The honor society chooses members based on the rigor of their academic program and faculty recommendations.
Today, Columbia College announced the first 2% of inductees joining the society as Junior Phi Beta Kappas. The remaining 8% of students will be announced and inducted in the spring. Phi Beta Kappa celebrates excellence in the liberal arts and sciences, and membership is recognized as one of the highest academic honors for undergraduate students. These students will officially join Phi Beta Kappa on January 20, 2023. Congratulations to the 25 inductees!
