Do you have ADHD and find it impossible to concentrate on anything? Trust me—this playlist helps.
Do you have ADHD and find yourself unable to study in silence? Are the only places you’re productive either JJ’s or Hungarian? Have you tried to find music or background noises to listen to when studying, but they’re either too boring or too distracting? Well, then this playlist is for you.
This playlist is almost two years in the making. 150 songs, all unique in that their beats and instruments provide the perfect environment for hyperfocusing:
If this playlist doesn’t quite help you, I suggest listening to Loveless by My Bloody Valentine on a loop, Aphex Twin’s discography on shuffle, or any individual song from Fiona Apple’s Fetch The Bolt Cutters on repeat. If none of these help you concentrate on your work, then I don’t know…get medicated?

@Anonymous I’m just baffled by an article titled “The Only ADHD Study Playlist”, that ends with alternative playlists…

Absolutely LOVE it!
I was totally expecting some lame, new-age gizmo Muzak. HYPER-FOCUS TIME.
@Speed Gve it a shot. Not bad.
It didn’t work the best for me but I suspect that’s because I have my own playlists I’ve developed over the years. I do hope it works for others thought .
@Anonymous this SUCKS !
