• Stores and Restaurants: Stroko’s, JJ’s Place, and John Jay Dining Hall, Ruggles is in a rather sparse location for stores and restaurants.
• Cost: Upperclass housing rates are projected to be $11,574 for the 2023-24 school year.

• AC/Heating: None. 
• Kitchen: One kitchen per suite, including a full-size refrigerator, stove top, oven, and cabinet space for all your cooking needs! 
• Lounge: The lounge is located in the basement and boasts a flat screen TV as well as study space.
• Laundry: Washers and dryers are in the basement. 
• Computer/Printing: None.
• Gym: Gym in basement. 
• Flooring: Hardwood. 

Room Variety: 

• Each floor houses four apartments made up of four, six, or eight-person suites.
• There are 84 singles and 60 doubles total in the building. 
• Doubles in the four- or six-person suites range from 172 to 200 square feet. 
• Singles in four-person suites range from 107 to 157 square feet 
• Singles in six-person suites are 135 square feet. 
• Singles in eight-person suites range from 100 to 123 square feet.

Bwog Recommendation: 

• Great location. Suite style. Maybe even have a (solely decorative) fireplace in your room or the ability to sit on the fire escape and brood. It doesn’t get much better than Ruggles! 
• 8-person suites are large enough to host parties, and the kitchen only adds to how easy that is.
• Residents hardly interact between suites, which makes it hard to meet new people. The basement gym is great for those of us who lack the motivation to go all the way to Dodge.
