Well, Field Notes this week definitely capture fourth week of class silliness. There’s three people in your class coughing. Your first midterm is on Friday. At least Bwog had fun?
Bwog ate well-rounded and delicious meals:
- Bit my tongue so hard that it left a little rip in my tongue that I can feel and it hurts stilllll
- JJS MILKSHAKEEEEEEE
- Consumed multiple types of alcoholic Dunkin beverages
- Printed out a bunch of recipes for things to cook
Bwog saw their entire family:
- Saw my sister at her 48th birthday party (it was Jaws themed)
- Saw my mother!
- Saw my aunt!
- Saw my cousin from California show my mom an edible
Some Bwoggers worked really hard…..:
- Fed my RA’s Venus Fly Trap
- Started a new job in which I do absolutely zero work
- Finally got paid for work I did close to two months ago
- Remembered that I actually have to write a senior thesis :(
- Started adding new Bwoggers to Bwog!!
- Went to a Latenite directors meeting!!
- Deep cleaned my suite. It was much needed.
…and some Bwoggers worked less hard:
- Went to MSG to see a comedian and they surprised the crowd with Sal Vulcano as the opener
- Tried to plan a party. It is so hard
- Got trapped in EC lobby hell
- Attended a 6 hour indoor darty that was Cleveland Browns themed
- Partied hardy
- Went to a gallery opening with an open bar
- Shopped for pumpkin pie-themed socks online
Bwog experienced all seven stages of grief:
- Onion-cried
- Did not watch as my football team gave up 70 points, instead watched Taylor Swift go get her mans
- Felt distressed (saw someone barefoot in the Schermerhorn bathroom)
- Bought, killed, and tried to revive basil plants
And finally, Bwog went outside and experienced the joy and turmoil of rain:
- Spent a ton of time in the rain oh my god
- Ran in the rain, it was soothing
- Walked my dog in the rain
- My hair got tangled in my umbrella
- Almost lost my new umbrella the day after I got it
