This defies previous assumptions, in which scientists believed starfish to have torsos and trunks. This new information may help scientists expand their understanding of the echinoderm group to which starfish belong. (CNN)

Sleep experts have commented on the implications of this change, suggesting that these time changes, on top of the already largely sleep-deprived condition of many Americans, should be treated with caution. Happening in NYC: Ride-share companies Lyft and Uber are paying a combined $328 million to NYC drivers, benefiting an estimated 100,000 drivers overall.
