This is directed at the person who body slammed me while I was exiting the elevator in Butler.

Some of you seem unaware of the fact that you need to let people exit an elevator before you enter it. Some of you also seem unaware that the best place to stand when people are exiting an elevator is not, in fact, directly in front of the doors that they need to exit through. But for those of you who seem to be struggling with that concept, here’s an illustrated guide which tells you exactly what you should be doing.

And, fun fact for extra credit! This can (and should) also be applied to entering and exiting the subway.

Spoiler: do not stand directly in front of the doors.
Also, don’t be so committed to going in as people leave that you body slam someone!
I promise that it will be faster if you just let people leave the elevator instead of being a human obstacle!
