Everyone’s family groupchat is just pet photos… right?

Being away at college has me missing my family pets a lot, especially because my parents deem it necessary to send me at least 500 photos of them per day. We have three cats at home, each one with a unique personality of their own, and because my family is from the suburbs, there’s not much else going on in their lives to update me on except for the antics of our three fur babies. But alas, I cannot let these photos go to waste as they hide in my personal photo app. So, Barnumbia, I share with you the top 5 photos sent to me of each of my cats. Please welcome to the stage Rocky, Ophelia, and EJ:

Rocky:

Our beloved Rocky is a girl who always has the zoomies. She’s only one, and boy does she act like a real human toddler! Here are some of her best antics of the last 4 months:

A girl who just wants to rub on the headboard!
And kick her sister in the face!
She also loves a good box
But don’t worry, she’s also a hardworking businesswoman!
And… once again in a box.

Ophelia:

Just like her regal, Shakespearean, name, our Ophelia is the queen of the household. Always lounging and demanding belly rubs, she could not be more different than her crazy sister:

Her highness getting caught admiring herself in the mirror
Succumbing to a rare moment of physical contact with her less-royal sister
Surveiling a newfound part of her kingdom (the closet)
Yawning after a hard days work looking over her subjects
But she’s always. watching.

EJ:

Last but not least, the master of the house; Enter a grumpy, ten year old tuxedo cat who only craves two things in life: wet food and the great outdoors. EJ fills his days with naps, eating, and occasionally putting the girls in their place when they get too close. We obviousy love him very much:

Lounging in his bed, as he does for almost 24 hours every day.
Doing his favorite activity: stealing the other cats wet food and gorging himself
Lounging again, this time on the bed!
Hiding from the younger and more spry cats in the house (their energy is too much for him)
A final lounge on the sofa
