Material Histories of Italian Colonialism
- Thursday, March 26, 10 to 6 pm, Italian Academy
- This event will be the second international conference on the histories of Italian colonialism. It will feature researchers from the Decolonizing Italian Visual and Material Culture project in the Weddigen Department of the Bibliotheca Hertziana. The conference aims to examine the production and circulation of colonial objects and their role in shaping colonial imagery, visual culture, and imperial ideologies.
