If you live near the Broadway/115th intersection and are wondering what all the sirens are about, here’s the info. A taxi cab has collided with an NYPD vehicle and spun out of control and into the sidewalk in front of Morton Williams. It appears nobody is hurt.

@Anon I’m assuming that’s why the bus stop has piles of glass and a broken bench.
@sorry but please update your vocabulary and use a word. there is a whole thesaurus available if necessary. thank you.
@sorry but in response to use of “retarded” above.
@Anonymous Next time try “bird brained”

@Anonymous Yeah, that’s definitely an NYPD car. You can just barely make out the blue lettering on the side, and Public Safety cars don’t have red/blue lights on top.
@Anonymous are u retarded? there is no way the nypd car was involved in any accident there is no damage on it + it is positioned in order to block traffic. I would tend to believe the poster saying it was public safety
@Anonymous You’re an idiot. That nypd car wasn’t the one involved in the accident. The public safety vehicle involved is at 116th and bway with its bumper missing.
@Nope This is incorrect, I saw it happen and the taxi cab and a public safety vehicle collided, causing the taxi to spin out.
@Artur @Nope: Thank you for the information; this is based on the tips we got. I’ll update the post.
@Anonymous pretty sure that’s not public safety but NYPD. public safety cars don’t have numbers that prominently on the trunk door, as we don’t have helicopters.
@Anonymous The public safety car went down 116th, with its front end totally fucked up, the taxi spun off in front of Morton Williams. The car alongside the taxi is the NYPD showing up after the accident.
