What: Yoga
When: Tuesday’s at 6pm (now until October 11th)
Where: South Lawns, Butler Library (rain location: Dodge Fitness Center, Blue Gym)
Why: Because this is an Ivy so there’s an inherent assumption that everyone’s stressed? Seems fake but okay.
The Office of University Life at Columbia has partnered with Columbia Physical Education & Recreation, the Columbia student group, “Art of Living,” and Alice! Health Promotion to bring you yoga on the lawns!
From the announcement on their site:
Take time for a mindful, stress-reducing, and fun break! The Office of University Life hosts free, open-level yoga classes every Tuesday, September 13 through October 11th on the South Lawns—just in time for sunset. Take a moment and breathe, for well-being and community.
