Music on the Brain: Perspectives

  • National Jazz Museum, New York. Registration required.
  • Hosted by the Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute, this jazz concert and conversation explores the relationship between music and visual perception. Jazz pianist, vocalist, and composer Kelly Green joins David Gruskin, MD-PhD student in investigating how film scores influence emotional reactions to images. Lecture Series in AI: Yann LeCun, VP & Chief AI Scientist, Meta

  • Yann LeCun, a Turing Award laureate, will present “How Could Machines Reach Human-Level Intelligence?” focusing on a cognitive architecture model aimed at human-level AI.
