You can hop on the dining hall tiramisu trend and make your very own right at Hewitt.

Ingredients:

Muffin/cupcake of choice (I went for a vanilla muffin)

Some black coffee

Vanilla yogurt

Cream cheese

Sugar

Hot fudge from ice cream station

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl mix together 75% vanilla yogurt, 25% cream cheese and sugar to your liking
  2. Lightly dunk small pieces of your muffin/cupcake into some black coffee and place into a different bowl
  3. Layer the cream cheese and yogurt mixture on top of the coffee soaked muffin
  4. Repeat, adding another layer of coffee soaked muffin and a final layer of your cream cheese yogurt mixture
  5. Finally top with some hot fudge if they have it at the ice cream station

While it’s not perfect it will do the job if you have an intense tiramisu craving, I recommend you try it with friends!
