It’s not another M2M night; it’s a night of choice at Columbia.
There are two dinner options this evening. First, from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, ResLife will be hosting a “Block Party” for first-years on the Van Am Quad (translation: in front of the LLC).
If you’re not a first-year, bring your rolling backpack and no one will ask. Hot dogs, hamburgers, veggie burgers, and indigestion are on the menu. Come out for a good time and, says one organizer, “we won’t even try to recruit [you] for anything.”
If you’d prefer your dinner with some good old-fashioned guilt, the Cambodia Project Club is hosting a study break (and general interest meeting) in the West Ramp Lounge in Lerner at 9:00 PM.
If the delicately-described “southeast Asian” cuisine doesn’t pique your curiosity, perhaps the promise of “warm lumpia” will.

@Khmer Cambodians eat lumpia too. It’s also not overly exotic.
Plus, there are only four student on campus who would know what Cambodian food actually is.
@i always loved the word “victuals” :)
@omg LUMPIA
it’s not Cambodian though…?
