It’s that time of year again. CC Seniors get a chance to look dapper in their black tie apparel and eat a selection of delectable, and sometimes questionable, platter of upscale food. The event, hosted by Student Affairs, begins at 8 pm and takes place on South Lawn. CC ’12, make sure to look the part—there’s definitely a dress code—but don’t wear anything too tight. Here’s what you have in store for you:

First course: 250 Mile Salad with Butter Lettuce, Locally Farmed Vegetables & Carrot Ginger Dressing
Entrée: Pan Seared Salmon with Fregola Pilaf, Parsnip Puree & Cranberry Gastrique
Dessert: Dark Chocolate Cherry Cake with Vanilla Syrup & Creme Fraiche

Kosher Fish Option
First course: Vegetable/Salad
Entrée: An alternative to the Pan Seared Salmon
Dessert: An alternative to the Dark Chocolate Cherry Cake

Vegetarian/Vegan/Gluten Free Option
First course: 250 Mile Salad
Entrée: Quinoa Pasta with Wild Mushroom Ratatouille
Dessert: Seasonal Fruit Display

    not gonna lie, the CC dinner was pretty gross. the salad was disgusting - dry lettuce and no dressing. the fish was rock hard. the brownie tasted worse than hostess
