@julia It’s always been $2. As far as I know, it’s owned by a white guy. The staff is half Eastern European and half Ethiopian, for some reason.

@shira Well, it’s only more expensive than Starbucks if you just have one cup. On the rare occasions that that happens, I figure I’m paying them back for loitering time. All in all, not too horrible.

@shira No worse than at 212, right? What I find to be of greater concern is what seems to be a hike in the coffee-to-stay price at the Hungarian Pastry Shop (unless I just never noticed it was $2 before)…
