Ivy League Champions!

Today, the women’s soccer team beat Harvard in a 1-0 victory after more than 80 minutes of scoreless soccer. Columbia beat Harvard before— six years ago.

Columbia will learn of its next opponent during the NCAA Women’s College Cup selection show on Monday, Nov. 6.  The show will air on ESPNEWS between 3-4 p.m.

    that most people probably won't get excited since it's not men's football or bball...

      I've been clamoring for more coverage in each of the unhappy football recaps. This is like the first major field-team-ball-sport ivy title we've won in forever. Mens soccer was a dynasty in the 80's, Football is in a 45 year drought and Columbia last won a basketball title in ... spring of 1968.

      Hey bwog, can we get a reporter to sniff out the Curse of the '68 Riots?

      Many props to womens soccer. They've made me proud to be a Columbian.
