A whole lot of Bwoggers got up to a whole lot of stuff during this spring break.

Some Bwoggers traveled far and wide for break:

  • Went to the beach in a leather jacket and jeans to read a novel for class. Never felt more Barnard in California
  • Drove for ten hours total to spent two days hiking in the Adirondacks
    • Thought the wind at the top of Cascade Mountain was going to knock me over
  • Went to Seattle and had a very rainy great time
  • Stayed at the worst Airbnb possible but still had a fun time (I killed a nickel-sized cockroach)

Some went home to see friends and family:

  • Spent a lot of time with my cat <3
  • Went to my cousin’s bar mitzvah
  • Somehow successfully avoided everyone I went to high school with while at home
  • Spent a few days at home watching old movies with my family
  • Went hiking solo for six hours at a state park near my house
  • Gave my brother a Chef Mike’s shirt and he actually went around the house wearing it
  • Reconnected with my therapist from high school… she knows me almost too well at this point

Some spent time in the city:

  • Went to the Conan Gray concert and SIMPED
  • I ran into Tim Rogers, of all people, outside the Häagen-Dazs on 113th. Had the most forgettable conversation with him (Oh… oh, no)
    • To clarify, I was the boring one in the conversation
  • Walked to one of my favorite bookstores and petted the adorable chunky cats
  • Spent an entire day hanging out in Central Park and had quite possibly the best day ever
  • Went to Zabar’s for the first time and lived my “Sunflower” by Vampire Weekend moment
  • Cleaned my dorm room and am no longer depressed (that’s how it works, right?)

And some didn’t get much of a break at all:

  • Got sick two separate times
  • Bought a plane ticket that gets to Newark at 6 am with my first class on my busiest day at 10 am
  • Had three separate flights delayed a total of nine times because of LaGuardia fog
  • Had to do a disgusting amount of homework over break
    • But went home to LA where it was warm every day and I could do homework sitting outside in the sunshine!
  • Did not start a paper due tonight at midnight. Major L. I will be living in the library all day
