Housing Lottery registration is only two days away, and yet, as several commenters and tipsters have noted, 2008-09 cutoff histories still have not been uploaded to Housing’s website. What gives?
Bwog phoned Housing and Dining, and was told to check the website “in the next few days.” Then again, the lottery bulletin board has had a post marked “informative” since the 13th saying “Cutoff History for 2008-09 will be posted on the housing website soon.” Furthermore, one Bwogger has been emailing Housing for a month, and “they kept emailing me back saying “check later this week.” As of late they’ve just been ignoring my emails.”
So forgive us if we’re skeptical of “the next few days,” but we’ll post as soon as your guide for your new housing groups becomes available.

do you not realize that the dynamic of the lottery changes every year? do you think that you’re the only one who heard that they recently put new floors and appliances in xxx and NOBODY ELSE KNOWS IT so YOU will get it? no, everybody knows it, everybody will go for it, and the cutoff history will be completely different.

@somewhat related Can Bwog please do some coverage on the crazy guy who walks by Broadway at least once every other night around this time (between 9:45pm and 10:15pm, without fail) screaming, “Hallelujah! Hallelujah! God! God! I love you! I love you! *repeat*”?

@What Is The big deal? The registration deadline is not in 2 days, and there no advantage to registering earlier rather than later. You have 3 weeks from tomorrow to figure your shit out.
Also, rising seniors, 6-person suites in EC, both townhouses and high-rises, go very late (30/2000+) every year. That and they’re the best housing around.
@Someone is trying to convince people to not register for 4-person/5-person/whatever suite they’re trying to get…
@the big deal is if a student was late by 10 minutes for one of their deadlines, they would fine the shit out of you.
