It’s that time of the year again: Columbia’s World Leaders Forum is here! From the president of the Dominican Republic to the president of the European Parliament, leaders from all fields will arrive at Columbia to discuss critical issues facing different nations.

On September 12th, Staff Writer Emily Yi and Guest Writers Sylvia Chen and Spencer Davis attended a talk by The Mortimer B. Zuckerman Mind Brain Behavior Institute. The event, featuring Dr. Zenna Tavares and Dr. Kim Stachenfeld, centered on the question of whether AI can learn like humans. 

Guest Writer Eva Wuerth recounts The Columbia Lion’s continued winning streak with a 5-0 triumph against the New Jersey Institute of Technology’s Highlanders last Wednesday night. 

On Wednesday, Columbia attended an NYU talk hosted by Dr. Anne Johnson for her lecture, “Mexico in Orbit: Modernity, Nationality and Satellite Fetishism.”
