Howdy and happy Thursday! All four student councils are now back in session from spring break and everyone’s got student government election season on their minds!

On Tuesday, Deputy Editor Lillian Rountree made good on her recent French major declaration by attending “Sex, Love, and Letters: Writing Simone de Beauvoir,” an event hosted by the Maison Française.

Barnard and Columbia students will soon be able to schedule appointments at Columbia vaccination sites, given eligibility requirements, according to emails sent out to students this morning.

In an email to students this evening, Columbia revealed that it will vaccinate all in-person staff due to expanded New York State rules regarding eligibility.

This week, SGA Rep Council met with Ariana González Stokas, Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), and Cammie Jones, Executive Director of Community Engagement and Inclusion, to discuss how Barnard can become more inclusive.
