NSOP 2012 is in full swing, and the sweet ’16ers are everywhere—but there’s no need to get out of bed to gawk! We’ve captured all of the excitement of move-in day, so far, below. Send any photos, Overheards, or general information to tips@bwog.com, and we’ll add it to the post!
Empty boxes on 114—for now
OL’s shirt back
Datemyschool.com is giving away “a pen and a gumball” at the junction between Lerner and Butler
The front of an OL’s shirt
PrezBo sauntering down college walk, not socializing with freshfolk
According to an anonymous tipster, “a Columbia student may or may not have brought a piano to move in day, as evidenced by the enormous ‘Kunis Piano Moving’ truck currently parked on College Walk”
So many tents
Empty tents in front of Butler
Package Center shows some sweet new signage
More bloons
It’s his favorite time of the year!
JJ is alive with the sound of music—but it’s weird circus-y music playing over the loudspeaker, rather than the usual Usher/top 100 songs
Family reception area in front of Hamilton
Nothing says swallow your sadness like one million balloons
IT’S ALIVE
All clear on the Carman front so far
Precautionary measures taken on the Carman doors that will in all likelihood become more useful after 11 pm
In case you were planning to hang out in Butler today/sob violently, avoid the Cafe
