Tomorrow is your first day of class, and while you definitely have experience in the classroom, college classes are different. Your intro classes will probably be held in a lecture hall, your instructor is a professor now (not a teacher), and you can take notes on whatever you want (or not at all). But there’s an important change that you should take note of — you don’t have to ask to go to the bathroom. Here’s how to do it
1. See if someone else has gone. If not, you might be pioneering this movement
2. Check the door. Is it opened? Closed? Good. Because it doesn’t matter.
3. Just go.
