House Speaker Mike Johnson, supported by other congressmembers, spoke on Low Steps Wednesday afternoon to address ongoing protests and President Shafik’s handling of events.

On Tuesday, March 12, the New York Civil Liberties Union (NYCLU) and Palestine Legal announced a lawsuit against Columbia University for the suspension of Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and BC/CU Jewish Voice for Peace (JVP).

Barnard Vice Presidents Jomysha Delgado Stephen and Sarah Gillman announced this afternoon that Amy Zavadil, Associate Vice President for Community Accountability, Response, and Emergency Services (CARES), will step away from her role at Barnard on May 18.
