It’s many people’s third favorite day of the week! Here’s the lowdown.
Although Bwog didn’t do much, here’s how we celebrated Valentine’s Day.
A new independent publication has announced its intent to cover Columbia’s campus, headed and run by former Columbia Daily Spectator Sports staff writers who quit along with nearly their entire department last December following a dispute over the Spectator’s new board selection process.
Peter Awn, Dean Emeritus of the School of General Studies, passed away yesterday following a car accident last month.
Tune into your daily news this fine Monday morning. Read more for information on Homeshake’s new album, Helium.
Yesterday, Chief Architect of the IBM Food Trust and Columbia Alumnus Yi-Min Chee came to speak at Columbia about the business applications of blockchain technology in his lecture “Blockchain: A Solutions Perspective”. In collaboration with the Data Institute and the Foundations for Research Computing program, the Brown Institute for Media Innovation hosted this event as […]
If you haven’t heard, it’s Valentine’s Day. For some of us, that means going on a romantic date, eating a nice dinner, or watching an overplayed rom-com. For others, that means exploiting the campus’s free chocolate and condom resources. Bwog has you covered with a list of all of the Valentine’s Day festivities happening on […]
Ahh, EC. The sophomore’s wet dream. The junior’s reach. The senior’s promise. Securing a suite in East Campus is the milestone every CU student pictures in their head as they slowly decay through housing selection. Spilling b*er on the couches. Accidentally running a Tide Pod through the dishwasher.
Love is in the air as Valentine’s Day approaches, and Bwog has two more personals for you. Our final edition features Jenna, a bold Barnard first-year, and Leo, a seasoned senior and (more importantly) Capricorn. Interested? Send us a quick email at tips@bwog.com
Today’s personals include our lovely Sports Editor, Jana, and her legume-loving friend, Clara. If you’re looking for a running partner or a rugby competitor, you’ve come to the right place! If you’re interested, email us at tips@bwog.com.
A man unaffiliated with the university was arrested in Barnard Hall for “criminal trespass and unlawful possession of marijuana.” According to reports from the Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s office, the arrest occurred around 7:25 pm Tuesday night.
Next up on our lineup of personals is Vivian and Shaila. Vivian is a gal with good bartending chops and even greater recs for restaurants in the city, while her friend Shaila will show you endless love through $5 Pressed Juices. You know the drill by now – if interested, shoot us an email at tips@bwog.com.
The hottest single blog this side of the Hudson. NYU Local loves everything good, and everything good loves them. Send us an email at editors@bwog.com and we’ll set you up (over Skype, I guess?) or don’t because maybe we’ll just set ourselves up with them.
If you did some regrettable things under the influence recently, you may relate to some of the highlights of Bwog’s weekend. However, if you’re not a bibulous person, you can also read some of the cultured things Bwog did this weekend. To be featured, email tips@bwog.com.
One is short. One is tall. Both are ready to rock your world. Bwog brings you two of its finest staff in need of Valentines this week; interested parties should contact editors@bwog.com and we’ll see what we can do.
